Mastermind:

Athletic: Juggling 4 balls for 10 throws, everyday attempt! 1 arm hanging for 2min

Richer: working my sales pitch plus making connections in the new environment to build new clients in my gym

Smarter: reading 1 page (at least) of my book

Your Daily Freedoms

Mastermind: keep writing and Building my products up. I can enhance peoples lives by getting my products out there (breathing performance, rope training, reclaiming the squat, bulletproof/longevity training, mobility for office Hero’s, Real Foods to eat)

Athletic: Training everyday, allow the body to move and enhance its natural abilities

Richer: never buying underwear + only buying things that will create more value in the future or will be used to the value you bought it for

Smarter: keeping reading, listening & learning everyday is an opportunity to spend time building the future we want to lie.
