At 14 I had knee pain so bad that I couldn't walk.

Physios, coaches, etc all gave me the same mainstream advice. Don't let your knees go over your toes, ice them, tape them.

Nothing worked. Sport had given me confidence, friends, success, relationships and happiness but now here I was as a 14 year old kid never going to be able to run again. Just happy that if I warmed my knees up for long enough I could still walk.

That wasn't good enough.

It was hard, confusing and intense but through my own effort and discoveries of real truth and mentors I got rid of my knee pain and unlocked my athleticism to a point that I could have never even dreamed of before.

Sometimes the normal advice doesn't work.

Sometimes things that seem normal and that everyone is doing should not be done at all.

I always did what I was supposed to. And it was shit.

I always knew I was missing something and now that I have found it: I wake up smiling every single day.

Here I want to talk about how I did that, how you can as well and learn from people who are doing even better than me.

when i was 14 i had knee pain so bad i couldnt walk. my coaches couldn’t help. my physio didn’t know what was going on.

i did everything right. i tried all the normal approaches. i never let my knees go over my toes. i iced them .
